Our historical division performs renovations, restorations, structural repairs, fine woodworking, brick pointing, and masonry restoration.

	Officers Qtrs - Sullivans Island, SC
	Renovation of the old Officer's Quarters into 6 condos which was orginally built in 1905 by John E. Blanchard.
	175 King Street- Charleston, SC

Mike Blanchard is the Estimator for the historical division and the President of Charles Blanchard Construction Corporation.

Marcus Aguayo is the Project Manager for the historic division.
