Project Details: Airplane Hangar for a single owner at Charleston Executive Airport. This project consists of manufacturing and erecting a roughly 6,400 SQ FT NUCOR Pre-Engineered Metal Building, the construction of one office, one bathroom, and one storage closet with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, installation of Schweiss hydraulic doors, and associated sitework. This hangar is designed hold two privately owned jets.
121 Calhoun Street: Historic Restoration in Downtown Charleston
Project Type: Historic Renovation/Restoration
Project Completion Date: November 2015
Project Details: Phase One: Exterior Restoration of the former Harleston-Boags Funeral Home. Work included salvaging the existing siding, milling new siding to match the existing, and restoring window units to their original look. Phase Two: Consisted of renovating the interior of the building to a vanilla box and installing an elevator for future tenant upfits.
